With our Digitizing feature you will be able to copy and reproduce an existing shape with little or no programming! No CAD/CAM necessary, however you can export the Digitzing information to a CAD/CAM system for further modification. Probing is used to quickly setup/find zero points a vise, fixture or part. Accurately sets zero points, finds edges, center locations of bosses or bores, slots and webs. Eliminates the need for a centerfinder or an edgefinder. You'll never have to spend 30 minutes using a center finder to locate the center of a bore again. Coordinate System Rotation is often a powerful feature when combined with Probing. With CSR, you'll never have to indicate in your vise or fixture again, just bolt it to the table and the probe finds the edge automatically and rotates the machine coordinate system to match the position of your vise/fixture in seconds. CNC Engraving

With our CNC engraving option you can engrave Letters, Numbers, Symbols and Logos. This conversational engraving software runs right on the control computer and makes it very easy for you to quickly create and place part numbers, logos, company names etc..on your parts. Its quicker than a CAD/CAM system to adjust the size and position of the engraving. Graphics of the engraving show you what it looks like before you cut the part. Also, Imports CAD drawings and fonts with the DXF in feature.

With a Centroid control you can make all kinds of threads.You can use Tapping, Rigid Tapping and Threadmilling depending on your part for the best result! Centroid's advanced rigid tapping is simple to program and will both tap a hole in the regular way AND will also can peck tap a thread. Peck tapping taps a hole much in the same way as you would by hand. It allows you to tap a much larger hole than the HP of your machine would normally allow!

Designed for tough shop environments the CENTROID fully sealed PC keyboard is coolant and oil proof. Long lasting reliable keyboard operation even in the most demanding shops. This keyboard has a distinct tactile feedback so you know when you have depressed a key. The full size keyboard is laid out in the PC familiar "QWERTY" pattern and is equipped with functions keys and a number pad. Designed specifically for M-400 and T-400 use this new keyboard will also work with the M-39 and T-39 CNC controls as well. Since the new keyboard uses a standard PS2 keyboard connector it will work with any modern PC.

Programming parts right at the control has never been faster and easier. Additional X,Y an Z buttons have been added right next to the number pad for your convenience. A full row of functions keys at the top of the keyboard make control menu navigation quick and simple.
